We’ve seen 13 homes sold thus far in 2018, compared to 11 in the same time period 2017. Stonefield sold home prices have increased 3% over 2017 with an average price per square foot increasing to $163 vs. $158 sq.ft from last year. The average days on the market increased sharply up to 52 days from 17. There were a couple of 200+ day listings in 2018, if we remove those outliers the average days on the market is 20, up 17% from 2017.
