Madison Near West Side sold home prices have increased 5% over 2017 with an average price per square foot increasing to $221 vs. $210 sq.ft from last year. Units sold has declined 12%. The average days on the market has decreased, or sped up by 14% over 2017’s rate. We see good demand for listings in this market.
